摘  要:城乡配电网有源化的高速发展对电能质量的要求日益提高,实现全景状态感知成为保证优质供电的核心前提。提出一种基于多维立体可信感知的配电网量测优化配置方法。首先,考虑多源异构数据的坏数据辨识与处理、数据兼容、多时间尺度匹配、多频率尺度匹配等问题提出了一种多尺度异步融合方法,并从及时性、可靠性、精确性3个维度对数据进行可信评估;其次,构建了一个综合考虑节点参数重要性和数据融合可信度的实时量测优化配置模型,在保证配置经济性的同时实现基于“时-空”两维特征与可信度三维评估的多维立体全景感知;最后,采用1/5成功理论改进的自适应协方差矩阵进化策略算法对IEEE 30节点模型进行求解,获取最优配置方案。通过与传统算法的结果对比,验证了所提方法的可靠性与有效性。With the development of urban and rural active distribution network,the requirement of power quality is increasing day by day.The realization of panoramic state perception has become the core premise of ensuring high-quality power supply.Therefore,this paper proposes a measurement optimization configuration method of distribution network based on multi-dimensional stereo trusted perception.Firstly,a multi-scale asynchronous fusion method is proposed considering bad data identification and processing,data compatibility,multi-time scale matching,multi-frequency scale matching and other problems of multi-source heterogeneous data,and the credible evaluation of the data is conducted from three dimensions:timeliness,reliability and accuracy.Secondly,a real-time measurement optimization configuration model is constructed,which comprehensively considered the importance of node parameters and the reliability of data fusion,and realized the multi-dimensional panoramic perception based on time-space characteristics and reliability evaluation while ensuring the configuration economy.Finally,the adaptive covariance matrix evolutionary strategy algorithm improved by 1/5 success theory is used to solve the IEEE 30 node model and obtain the optimal configuration scheme.The reliability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by comparing the results of traditional algorithms.
