摘　　要：目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、GATA结合蛋白3(GATA-3)、上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)在乳腺癌组织内的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法选取89例乳腺癌患者,术中采集所有患者的癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距离病灶边缘≥3 cm),将其分别纳入观察组、对照组,统计对比2组EGFR、GATA-3、E-Cad阳性表达差异。另随访1年,统计对比不同EGFR、GATA-3、E-Cad表达患者的生存率。结果观察组EGFR、GATA-3阳性表达率高于对照组,E-Cad阳性表达率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR、GATA-3、E-Cad表达与患者肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGFR、GATA-3阳性表达患者的生存率低于阴性表达患者,E-Cad阴性表达患者的生存率低于阳性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EGFR、GATA-3在乳腺癌组织内呈高表达,E-Cad呈低表达,三者表达与乳腺癌患者的生存率具有紧密联系。Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),GATA-3 and E-cad in breast cancer tissues and their relationship with prognosis.Methods 89 patients with breast cancer were selected.The cancerous tissue and normal tissue(≥3 cm away from the edge of the focus)of all patients were collected during the operation,and they were respectively included in the observation group and the control group.The positive expression of EGFR,GATA-3,E-Cad in the two groups were statistically compared.Follow up for another year to compare the survival rates of patients with different EGFR,GATA-3,and E-Cad expressions.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR and GATA-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the positive expression rates of E-Cad were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The expressions of EGFR,GATA-3,and E-Cad were correlated with the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and clinical stage of patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The survival rate of EGFR and GATA-3 positive expression patients was lower than that of negative expression patients,and the survival rate of E-Cad negative expression patients was lower than that of positive expression patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFR and GATA-3 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,while E-Cad is low expressed.These expressions are closely related to the survival rate of breast cancer patients.
