LMP-1、Bcl-2表达与鼻咽癌侵袭转移的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析鼻咽癌组织中潜伏膜蛋白(LMP)-1、B淋巴细胞瘤(Bcl)-2基因与其侵袭转移的关系。方法选择120例NPC患者进行研究,使用鼻内镜采集病灶组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中LMP-1、Bcl-2的表达,根据TNM分期评估NPC肿瘤侵袭和转移程度,分析LMP-1、Bcl-2与NPC侵袭和转移的关系。结果120例NPC患者中LMP-1阳性共86例,占71.67%,Bcl-2阳性共90例,占75.00%;LMP-1、Bcl-2阳性患者中EBV-DNA阳性占比居高,与LMP-1、Bcl-2阴性者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM不同分期患者LMP-1、Bcl-2阳性表达率相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用卡方Phi和Cramer's V系数检验发现,NPC组织中LMP-1、Bcl-2表达与肿瘤侵袭和转移均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论LMP-1、Bcl-2在NPC组织中阳性表达率普遍较高,且LMP-1、Bcl-2阳性表达与肿瘤侵袭和转移有关。Objective To analyze the relationship between latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1)and B-lymphocyte tumor(Bcl-2)genes and their invasion and metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue.Methods 120 NPC patients were selected for the study,and lesion tissues were collected using nasal endoscopy.The expression of LMP-1 and Bcl-2 in the tissues was detected using immunohistochemistry.The degree of NPC tumor invasion and metastasis was evaluated based on TNM staging,and the relationship between LMP-1,Bcl-2 and NPC invasion and metastasis was analyzed.Results Among the 120 NPC patients,86 were LMP-1 positive,accounted for 71.67%,and 90 were Bcl-2 positive,accounted for 75.00%;The proportion of EBV-DNA positivity was high in LMP-1 and Bcl-2 positive patients,and the difference was statistically significant compared to LMP-1 and Bcl-2 negative patients(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of LMP-1 and Bcl-2 in patients with different stages of TNM were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Using chi square Phi and Cramer's V coefficient tests,it was found that the expression of LMP-1 and Bcl-2 in NPC tissues was significantly correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of LMP-1 and Bcl-2 are generally high in NPC tissues,and the positive expression of LMP-1 and Bcl-2 is related to tumor invasion and metastasis.
