摘　　要：目的研究细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)、SOX2、C-Myc、p63在食管鳞状细胞癌组织内的表达及其临床意义。方法选取97例食管鳞状细胞癌患者,采集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距癌组织边缘≥3 cm),以免疫组织化学法检测两样本Ki-67、SOX2、C-Myc、p63表达;另收集患者的年龄等资料,分析Ki-67、SOX2、C-Myc、p63与患者各项病理特征之间的关系。结果癌组织Ki-67、SOX2、C-Myc、p63阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ki-67、SOX2、C-Myc、p63阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);与临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论Ki-67、SOX2、C-Myc、p63在食管鳞状细胞癌组织内呈异常高表达,四者表达与患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关,参与疾病的发生与发展。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of nuclear proliferating antigen(Ki-67),SOX2,C-Myc,and p63 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue.Methods 97 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were selected,and their cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues(≥3 cm away from the edge of the cancer tissue)were collected.The expression of Ki-67,SOX2,C-Myc,and p63 in the 2 samples was detected using immunohistochemistry;Collect age and other data of patients,and analyze the relationship between Ki-67,SOX2,C-Myc,p63 and various pathological characteristics of patients.Results The positive expression rates of Ki-67,SOX2,C-Myc,and p63 in cancer tissues were higher than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive expression of Ki-67,SOX2,C-Myc,and p63 was not related to the age and gender of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Ki-67,SOX2,C-Myc,and p63 are abnormally high expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue,and their expression is related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation degree of patients,participating in the occurrence and development of the disease.
