扶正固本汤与神阙灸联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析扶正固本汤与神阙灸联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌患者的效果。方法选取85例晚期大肠癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与研究组(43例)。对照组行常规化疗,研究组则加以扶正固本汤与神阙灸治疗,21 d为1个治疗周期,持续治疗2个周期。统计比较2组免疫功能、癌因性疲乏、不良反应。结果治疗前,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)与癌症疲乏量表(CFS)各维度评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组、CFS各维度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论扶正固本汤与神阙灸联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌效果显著,可减少化疗对机体免疫系统的损伤,减轻癌因性疲乏,且无严重不良反应,具有一定的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients.Methods 85 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the study group(43 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine chemotherapy,while the study group received treatment with Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion.The treatment period was 21 days,with a duration of 2 cycles.Compared the immune function,cancer-related fatigue,and adverse reactions between the 2 groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and various dimensions of the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)between the two groups;After treatment,the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CFS scores in all dimensions were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Guben Tang and Shenque Moxibustion with chemotherapy has a significant effect on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.It can reduce the damage of chemotherapy to the body's immune system,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and have no serious adverse reactions.It has certain application value.
