摘　　要：目的研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在子宫肌瘤组织内的表达及与患者术后复发的关系。方法选取68例子宫肌瘤患者,术中收集其肌瘤组织与瘤旁组织,以免疫组织化学法检测对比不同组织中的EGFR、ER、PR表达差异。术后随访1年,按肌瘤是否复发分为复发组,未复发组,统计对比2组EGFR、ER、PR表达差异。结果肌瘤组织内的EGFR、ER、PR阳性表达率高于瘤旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访1年,68例子宫肌瘤患者中,共有12例复发,复发率为17.65%(12/68)。复发组的EGFR、ER、PR阳性表达率高于未复发组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EGFR、ER、PR在子宫肌瘤组织内呈异常高表达,且与患者复发存在紧密联系。Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),estrogen receptor(ER),and progesterone receptor(PR)in uterine fibroid tissue and their relationship with postoperative recurrence in patients.Methods 68 patients with uterine fibroids were selected,and their fibroid tissue and adjacent tissue were collected during surgery.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect and compare the expression differences of EGFR,ER,and PR in different tissues.After 1 year of postoperative follow-up,the fibroids were divided into recurrent group and non recurrent group based on whether they recurred.The expression differences of EGFR,ER,and PR between the 2 groups were statistically compared.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR,ER,and PR in the fibroid tissue were higher than those in the adjacent tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of postoperative follow-up,a total of 12 out of 68 patients with uterine fibroids experienced recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 17.65%(12/68).The positive expression rates of EGFR,ER,and PR in the recurrent group were higher than those in the non recurrent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFR,ER,and PR show abnormally high expression in uterine fibroid tissue and are closely related to patient recurrence.
