中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病性痴呆的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的72例阿尔茨海默病性痴呆患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例,使用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗)和观察组(36例,加以复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合针刺治疗)。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组相关量表评分、AD7c-NTP含量、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病性痴呆,可有效提升其认知功能、日常生活能力、精神行为,降低其尿AD7c-NTP含量,促进其神经递质分泌,从而提升其生活质量,降低不良反应风险。Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in treatment of Alzheimer's disease related dementia.Methods The paper chose 72 patients with Alzheimer's disease dementia in our hospital as study subjects,and divided them into control group(36 cases,treated with donepezil tablets)and observation group(36 cases,with compound cistanche alpinia oxyphylla capsules combined with acupuncture)with random number table method.Curative effect was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,observation group had better scores on related scales,AD7c-NTP content,and incidence of adverse reactions than control group,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve cognitive function,daily living ability,mental behavior,reduce urine AD7c-NTP content,promote neurotransmitter secretion,improve life quality and reduce adverse reactions incidence of Alzheimer's disease related dementia.
