摘　　要：口腔医学是一门综合性、应用性和实践性很强的学科,口腔医学生既要掌握丰富的专业理论知识,也需要具备熟练的临床操作技能,还需要材料学、美学的知识和素养。在我国口腔医学生的培养体系中大多是一年级二年级进行医学通识学科课程的学习,三年级下学期学习口腔专业课程,五年级进入临床实习。这一教学模式下学生专业知识的学习缺乏连贯性,实操技能锻炼机会少,毕业后临床实践技能不高。因此结合口腔专业培养目标和学生学习过程中的问题,我校提出临床技能训练课程本科全周期覆盖:在口腔医学专业通识课程学习阶段增设“手部技能训练”“临床早接触”课程,三年级专业课程学习阶段理论课和实操课程并行并重,四年级(临床实习前)开设“临床前实训”课程,大五全阶段临床实习结合基于案例的学习方法(CBL)教学。教学采用线上线下混合式教学,运用基于问题的学习方法(PBL)、CBL和情景教学方法等,充分调动学生多感官刺激,进阶式培养学生的临床操作技能。该教学改革旨在精准医疗新医科背景下,探寻培养服务健康中国的卓越口腔医学人才的新模式。Oral Medicine is a highly comprehensive,practical,and applied discipline.Dental students need to master extensive professional theoretical knowledge,have proficient clinical operational skills,and have a grounding in materials science and aesthetics.In our country’s dental education system,students usually study general medical courses in the first and second years,begin dental professional courses in the second semester of the third year,and start clinical internships in the fifth year.However,this teaching model often results in fragmented learning of professional knowledge,limited opportunities for practical skill training,and insufficient clinical practice skills upon graduation.To address the training objectives of the dental profession and the challenges faced by students during their studies,our school proposes a comprehensive approach to clinical skills training throughout the undergraduate period:Introducing"Hand Skills Training"and"Early Clinical Exposure"courses during the general medical course phase.Conducting theory and practical courses concurrently and with equal emphasis during the third year’s professional course phase.Offering"Pre-clinical Training"courses in the fourth year(prior to clinical internships),combined clinical internships with CBL(Case-Based Learning)teaching throughout the fifth year.Teaching adopts a blended approach of online and offline instruction,and employing PBL(Problem-Based Learning),CBL and situational teaching methods with multi-sensory stimulation,to progressively cultivate students’clinical operational skills.This teaching model reform aims to explore an efficient model for cultivating outstanding dental professionals for serving Healthy China society,under the new medical science context of precision medicine.
