摘 要:近代家庭革命思想之渊源,不仅在于西方思想之传入与影响,也与传统家国同构模式有关。传统家国模式内含尊尊与亲亲两大原则的矛盾,因汉以后儒家三纲的形成而强化,这使儒家原本双向的家庭伦理义务趋于单向化与僵化,导致了对于基本人性与家庭亲情的压抑与扭曲。近代传入的自由平等思潮以及后来的功利主义思潮,本来主要适用于“门外之治”的公共领域,却脱离了社会政治层面而被错置于家庭层面,从而消解了家庭伦理的灵魂即亲情至上,导致了家之精神的解构。The origin of the modern family revolution not only lies in the introduction and influence of Western thought,but also is related to the traditional model of family-state isomorphism.The contradiction between the two principles of“zunzun and qinqin”inherent in the traditional model of family-state isomorphism was strengthened by the formation of the three cardinal guides after the Han Dynasty,which has led to the unidirectionalization and rigidity of the Confucian two-way ethical obligations of the family,resulting in the constrains and distortion of the basic human nature and the family’s kinship.The modern trend of freedom and equality and the later trend of utilitarianism,which was mainly applicable to the public sphere of“the governance outside the family”,were misplaced from the socio-political level to the family level,thus dissolving the soul of family ethics,i.e.kinship-oriented,and leading to the deconstruction of the spirit of the family.
