《证治准绳》中五风内障与青光眼现代认知辨析

摘　　要：《证治准绳》为明代医家王肯堂所著医学著作,其中较为详细地论述了“五风内障”的症状、治疗、转归和预后等内容。“五风内障”相当于西医学中的青光眼,严重危害着患者的生活质量和视力水平。本文通过参悟《证治准绳》原文,对其内容进行整理与归纳,挖掘原文中“五风内障”的辨证施治精髓、用药规律与禁忌,以为今用。寻求“五风内障”与不同类型青光眼的相关性,及治法、方药上的关联,以期提升现代中医对青光眼疾病分类、治疗等方面的认知。Zhengzhi Zhunsheng is a medical book written by Ming Dynasty physician WANG Kentang,which elaborates in detail on the symptoms,treatment,prognosis,and outcome of"five winds internal obstruction".This condition is equivalent to glaucoma in Western Medicine,severely impacting the quality of life and visual acuity of patients.This paper organizes and summarizes the content of Zhengzhi Zhunsheng through insightful interpretation,extracting the essence of diagnosis and treatment,medication laws,and contraindications for"five winds internal obstruction",for contemporary application.It explores the correlation between"five winds internal obstruction"and different types of glaucoma,as well as the connection in treatment methods and prescriptions,aiming to enhance the understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the classification and treatment of glaucoma diseases in modern times.
