摘　　要：博物馆教育是非正式教育和终身教育的重要组成部分,教育功能是博物馆的核心功能之一。博物馆教育功能的发挥面临着数字化智能化时代来临、系统性协作性要求提升、深度学习和延续性学习需求增加、全球化国际化深入发展的冲击。博物馆教育功能的拓展有赖于博物馆体系化的发展和完善,需要通过拓宽教育维度,延伸教育触角,丰富其教育形式、方法、手段和内容,促进各方面资源有效整合、深度融合,进而实现博物馆教育功能的立体化开发和全方位拓展。博物馆体系化建设需要坚持数智化、系统化、深度化、国际化四项原则,提升完善管理服务、社会参与、研究交流工作,深入挖掘博物馆对全体国民的教育滋养功能,充分发挥博物馆作为民族文化名片的作用。Museum education is a crucial part of informal education and lifelong education,ed-ucational functioning is regarded as one of the core functions of museums.The educational function of museums is exposed to the impact of digitized and intelligent era,systematic and collaborative re-quirements,increased demand for in-depth and continuous learning,and the deepening development of globalization and internationalization.The expansion of the museum's educational function depen-ded on the development and perfection of the museum's systematization,and it was necessary to broaden the educational dimension,extend the educational tentacles,enrich its educational forms,methods,means and contents,and promote the effective integration and deep fusion of all aspects of the resources,thus realizing the three-dimensional development and all-round expansion of the muse-um's educational function.The systematic construction of museums requires adherence to the four principles of digitalization,systematization,depth and internationalization,upgrading and perfecting management services,social participation,research and exchanges,digging deeper into the educa-tional and nourishing functions of museums for the whole nation,and giving full play to the role of museums as the cultural card of the nation.
