卓越育人视域下高校课程思政教研文化:时代内涵与实践价值

摘　　要：当前,各地高校积极推动卓越育人改革,致力于培养各学科拔尖创新人才。大力推进课程思政建设,充分发挥课程的育人作用,是提高卓越育人成效的关键所在。充分挖掘思政资源,构建“三全育人”的“大思政”格局,推动卓越育人理念深入人心,则需要充分发挥集体智慧和团队力量,以此形成优秀的课程思政教研文化。研究聚焦课程思政教研文化与青年教师培养机制,深入挖掘课程思政教研文化的内涵及其实践价值,探讨如何通过营造课程思政教研文化和氛围,切实提升教师教学水平和能力,扎实推进师德师风建设,大力推进卓越育人工作,全面提升高校卓越育人成效。Currently,universities in various regions are actively promoting the reform of outstanding education and committed to cultivating top-notch innovative talents in various disciplines.Vigorously promoting the construction of ideological and political education in courses and fully leveraging the educational role of courses are the key to improving the effectiveness of outstanding education.To fully tap into ideological and political resources,build a“comprehensive ideological and political education”pattern,and make the concept of outstanding education take root in people’s hearts,it is necessary to fully utilize collective wisdom and team strength,in order to form an excellent curriculum ideological and political education(CIPE)and research culture.The article focuses on the culture of CIPE and the mechanism for cultivating young teachers,deeply explores the connotation and practical value of the culture of CIPE,and discusses how to create a culture and atmosphere of CIPE,so as to effectively improve the teaching level and ability of teachers,solidly promote the construction of teacher ethics and conduct,vigorously promote excellent education work,and comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of excellent education in universities.
