摘　　要：地方综合性大学在医学人才培养中发挥着重要作用。新医科视域下,面对世界医学高质量发展新形势,地方综合性大学需立足医学教育国情、着眼医学教育现实问题,持续深化医学教育改革。地方综合性大学在教育资源和资金不足、学科设置不完善、招生规模有限等困境下,尝试以多学科交叉融合为内在动力,坚持“德“”融“”新”育人核心,以立德树人为根本,以全过程培养为重点,坚持服务地方经济发展为方向,积极更新教育理念、建立科学管理体制、统筹资源要素、健全保障机制,分层递进式探索地方综合性大学医学教育的高质量发展路径,全方位提高拔尖医学创新复合型人才的培养成效,助力健康中国建设。Local comprehensive universities play a significant role in the cultivation of medical talents.Under the perspective of New Medicine,facing the new trend of high-quality development of world medicine,local comprehensive universities should establish in the national conditions of medical education,focus on the practical problems of medical education,and continuously deepen the reform of medical education.With practical difficulties including insufficient educational resources and funds,imperfect subject settings,and limited enrollment scale,interdisciplinary integration should be used as the internal motivation,and the core of education of “virtue”,“integration” and “novelty” should be adhered to.Taking moral cultivation as the foundation,whole-process training as the focus,and service for local economic development as the direction,the educational concepts should be actively updated,a scientific management system should be constructed,resource elements should be coordinated,guarantee mechanism should be improved,high-quality development paths of medical education in local comprehensive universities in a hierarchical and progressive manner should be explored,and the cultivation effect of top-notch compound innovative medical talents should be promoted in an all-round way,so as to boost the construction of healthy China.
