摘  要:目的:探索思政元素融入超声影像传统课程的教学方法,并评价教学效果。方法:纳入2023年9月到2024年2月来自北京协和医院超声科的住培生13名和进修医师19名。全部学员参加超声科为期6个月的理论培训。挖掘《超声诊断学》课程思政元素,并将其融入传统超声医学授课,评价教学实践成效。学员采用问卷调查形式在教学培训前和教学培训后进行自评。问卷包含专业知识能力、科研探索能力、医学人文素养、综合素质能力共四方面内容(共12个问题,每个问题10分)。结果:开展超声课程思政培训后,32名学员在专业知识能力[(6.67±1.47)分vs 5(2,7)分]、科研探索能力[(4.80±1.77)分vs 3(2,5)分]、医学人文素养[(6.77±1.42)分vs(5.45±2.01)分]、综合素质能力[(6.42±1.30)分vs(5.25±1.78)分]四个方面得分情况均较培训前提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比有临床工作经验的进修医师,教学培训前住培生的专业知识能力得分较低[7(6,8)分vs(2.72±1.67)分](P<0.001);但科研探索能力、医学人文素养和综合素质能力方面差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。课程培训后,住培生专业知识能力评分有明显提升,但对比进修医师差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.001);在科研探索能力、医学人文素养和综合素质能力方面,2组学员评分均较培训前有提升,2组差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:超声影像传统课程融入思政元素的教学模式有利于提升医师的超声专业素养和医学人文素养。Objective To investigate the integration of ideological and political education into ultrasound medicine teaching and assess its effectiveness.Methods From September 2023 to February 2024,13 residents and 19 senior doctors from Peking Union Medical College Hospital underwent a standardized 6-month ultrasound department training program.Ideological and political elements were incorporated into the teaching,and the educational outcomes were evaluated.Participants conducted self-assessment before and after training using a questionnaire covering professional knowledge,scientific research skills,medical humanities,and overall competence(12 questions,10 points per question).Results After implementing the integration of ideological and political into ultrasonic education,32 trainees improved significantly with regard to professional knowledge ability[6.67±1.47 vs 5(2,7)],scientific research and exploration ability[4.80±1.77 vs 3(2,5)],medical humanities quality(6.77±1.42 vs 5.45±2.01),and comprehensive quality ability(6.42±1.30 vs 5.25±1.78)(P<0.05).The teaching effects were then analyzed between advanced doctors and residents before and after training.Before training,residents scored lower in professional knowledge than senior doctors[7(6,8)vs 2.72±1.67,P<0.001],but there were no significant differences in scientific research,medical humanities,or overall competence(P>0.05).After training,both groups showed significant improvements in professional knowledge(P<0.001),with comparable improvements in scientific research,medical humanities,and overall competence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrating ideological and political education into ultrasound teaching enhances professional and ideological quality effectively.
