摘 要:在实际工程中,大型工业设备在工作时,常规设计和施工的工业厂房可能会出现明显的振动,这种振动可能影响建筑物的安全性和稳定性。深入探讨了大型工业设备在运行过程中所产生的周期性激振对建筑物的稳定性和安全性的影响,通过对比设备振动频率与建筑物固有频率,揭示了设备运行中周期性激振是导致共振的主要原因。提出了针对性的解决策略及可供借鉴的经验,包括采取结构加固措施、改变建筑物的固有频率以及改变设备的运行频率等。通过这些综合措施,有效控制和减小了建筑物因设备振动而产生的共振现象,保障了整个结构的长期安全运行。In practical engineering,when large⁃scale industrial equipment is working,conventionally designed and constructed industrial plants may appear obvious vibration,which may affect the safety and stability of the building.The influence of periodic excitation caused by the operation of large⁃scale industrial equipment on the stability and safety of the building was deeply discussed.By comparing the vibration frequency of the equipment with the natural frequency of the building,it is revealed that the periodic excitation during the operation of the equipment is the main reason cause of resonance.The corresponding solution strategy and experience for reference were put forward,including structural reinforcement measures,changing the natural frequency of the building and changing the operating frequency of the equipment.Through these comprehensive measures,the resonance phenomenon caused by the vibration of the equipment in the building were effectively controlled and reduced to ensure the long⁃term safe operation of the whole structure.
