摘　　要：针对配网线路图依靠人工手动编制存在维护工作量大、模型入库极易错误等问题,提出一种基于电力视觉信息识别的配网线路图自动生成方法。基于人工智能算法识别CAD格式配网线路图中电力视觉信息,采用YOLOv5目标检测算法识别电网设备图元及其定位信息,融合基于DB算法的文本检测方法和基于CRNN算法的文本识别方法提取设备文字描述信息,采用霍夫直线检测及边缘检测算法提取设备接线信息,再关联匹配设备图元和文本描述信息,将空间排布后的电力视觉信息转化为配网线路图标准文件。通过某电力调控中心数据验证,所提模型具有较高的电力视觉信息识别准确率,有效支撑配网线路图的自动生成,大幅度减轻运维工作量。According to the manual compilation of distribution network line diagram,there are problems such as large maintenance workload and frequently occurring errors during model storage.An automatic generation method of distribution network line diagram based on electric power visual information identification is proposed.The power visual information of distribution network line diagram in the CAD is identified based on the artificial intelligence algorithm.The YOLOv5 target detection algorithm is used to identify the power grid equipment elements and their location information,and the text description information of the device is extracted by fusion DB algorithm for text detection and CRNN algorithm for text content recognition,and the Hoff line detection and edge detection algorithm are used to extract the wiring information of the equipment.The device elements and text description information are associated,and the power visual information after spatial arrangement is transformed into the standard file of the distribution network line diagram.Through the data verification of a power control center,the proposed model has a high accuracy of power visual information recognition,which effectively supports the automatic generation of distribution network line diagram,and greatly reduces the operation and maintenance workload.
