摘 要:中小学校长的数字化领导力与基础教育数字化转型质量密切相关。采用系统性文献综述法分析72篇国际研究文献发现,校长数字化领导力并非静态的能力表征,而是一个包含认知、能力、行为的三维结构。受政策、资源、文化的制约,东西方校长领导学校数字化转型的策略各有侧重,但整体而言,观照愿景、文化与制度的战略领导,协同人力、环境与数字技术的资源领导,兼顾教师激励与关怀的情感领导是研究者们共同主张的实践路径。另外,加强教育数字化的法治建设、更新校长数字化领导力的专业标准、联合高校为校长培训提供系统支持、搭建校长集体学习与专业对话的平台是提升校长数字化领导力的国际经验。未来,本土研究应进一步创新研究设计,在研究议题、研究视角、理论选用、研究方法等方面持续拓展,以丰富校长领导力研究的知识体系,更好地指导实践改进。Digital leadership of primary and secondary school principals is closely related to the quality of digital transformation in basic education.Using a systematic literature review to analyze 72 international studies,we found that the digital leadership of principals is not a static representation of competence,but a three-dimensional structure that includes cognition,competence,and behavior.Due to the constraints of policy,resources,and culture,principals in the East and the West have different strategies to lead the digital transformation of schools,but overall,the strategic leadership that takes into account of the vision,culture,and system,the resource leadership that synergizes human resources,the environment,and digital technology,and the emotional leadership that takes into account of the motivation and care of teachers are the common practical paths advocated by the researchers,which can be useful for the frontline principals.In addition,strengthening the rule of law in digital education,updating the professional standards of digital leadership for principals,providing systematic support for the principal training in collaboration with universities,and building a platform for collective learning and professional dialogues among principals are the international experiences in enhancing the quality of digital leadership of principals.In the future,local academia could innovate the research design and continue to expand the research boundary in terms of updating research topics,perspectives,theoretical framework,and methodology,so as to enrich the knowledge base of principal leadership research and better serve the practice improvement.
