摘　　要：发展新质生产力对于促进民族地区高质量发展、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、走向共同富裕和生态文明建设都具有重要意义。新时代民族地区发展新质生产力既有资源禀赋、产业基础、政策支持等优势,又面临着产业深度转型难度较大、科技人才支撑不够和要素创新配置约束较多等诸多挑战。因此,必须抢抓机遇、发挥优势、应对挑战,从科技创新引领、高素质人才培育、传统产业优化升级、体制机制改革创新、高水平开放等方面着手,赢得发展新质生产力战略主动,引领民族地区高质量发展,促进各民族共同繁荣。The development of new quality productivity in ethnic regions is of great significance for promoting high-quality development,consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,advancing common prosperity,and building an ecological civilization in ethnic regions.The development of new quality productivity in ethnic regions has the advantages of resource endowment,industrial foundation,policy support,but also faces many challenges,such as the difficulty of deep industrial transformation,insufficient support for scientific and technological talents and more constraints on the innovative allocation of factors.Therefore,it is necessary to seize the opportunity,leverage advantages,and address challenges by focusing on technological innovation,cultivating high-quality talents,optimizing and upgrading traditional industries,reforming and innovating institutional mechanisms,and promoting high-level opening-up,so as to win the strategic initiative in the development of new quality productivity,lead the high-quality development of ethnic regions,and promote the common prosperity of all ethnic groups.
