摘　　要：结合供应链管理理论及农商互联的内涵,构建了基于农商互联的农畜产品供应链结构模型;其次,采用多案例研究法深入剖析了基于农商互联完善农畜产品供应链的典型案例,系统凝练出六种基于农商互联完善农畜产品供应链的模式及其先进经验;最后,提出基于农商互联完善农畜产品供应链的相关政策建议,包括构建农畜产品全产业链标准化体系;优化农牧业营商环境,为农牧企业发展营造良好政策环境;建立和完善农畜产品产地预冷体系;引导农牧户加入合作社,壮大新型农业经营主体实力;拓展线上销售渠道,构建全渠道农畜产品供应链体系;完善农畜产品供应链利益联结机制;培育壮大核心企业,带动农畜产品供应链持续健康发展等。Combining the supply chain management theory and the connotation of agribusiness interconnection,the article constructs a supply chain structure model of agricultural and livestock products based on agribusiness interconnection,adopts the case study method to analyze the typical cases of improving the supply chain of agricultural and livestock products based on agribusiness interconnection,and systematically sorts out six models of improving the supply chain of agricultural and livestock products based on agribusiness interconnection and their advanced experiences.Finally,the relevant policy recommendations for improving the supply chain of agricultural and livestock products based on agribusiness interconnection are proposed,includes building a standardized system for the whole industry chain of agricultural and livestock products;optimizing the business environment of the agricultural and livestock industry and creating a good policy environment for the development of agricultural and livestock enterprises;establishing and improving the pre-cooling system for the origin of agricultural and livestock products;actively guiding farmers and herdsmen to join cooperatives and growing the strength of new agricultural business entities;expanding online sales channels and building an omni-channel agricultural and livestock products supply chain system;improving the interest linkage mechanism of the supply chain of agricultural and livestock products;cultivating and growing core enterprises to drive the sustainable and healthy development of the supply chain of agricultural and livestock products,etc.
