“农超对接”供应链中合作社规模与益贫性研究——基于成员异质性视角

摘　　要：农民合作社在推动小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接过程中发挥着重要作用。文章构建由超市、合作社和农户组成的三级“农超对接”供应链模型,分析成员异质性影响下合作社的最优利润、最优规模以及益贫性问题。研究表明:在“农超对接”模式下,成员异质性增强会减弱合作社对普通成员的益贫作用,在实现合作社最优利润的条件下,成员之间的强异质性会使得合作社最佳规模缩小。据此提出“农超对接”模式下保护普通成员利益以及合作社规模和人员配置方面的相关管理建议。Farmers'cooperatives play an important role in promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.This paper constructs a three-level supply chain model consisting of supermarkets,cooperatives and farmers,and analyzes the optimal profit,optimal scale and pro-poorness of cooperatives under the influence of member heterogeneity.The results show that:Under the mode of farmer-supermarket supply chain,the increasing heterogeneity of members will weaken the effect of cooperatives on the poverty of ordinary members.Under the condition of realizing the optimal profit of cooperatives,the strong heterogeneity among members will reduce the optimal scale of cooperatives.According to this,the paper puts forward some management suggestions on protecting the interests of ordinary members and the scale and personnel allocation of cooperatives under the mode of connecting agriculture with supermarkets.
