摘  要:党的二十大报告强调教育、科技、人才对全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑作用,指出教育、科技、人才实质上是一个统一体,但当前仍存在这三者之间融合困难的现实问题,阻碍社会从“原始”走向“智能”、我国从大国迈向强国的前进道路。基于此,文章首先通过援引柏拉图的“洞穴隐喻”,审视从“原始”走向“智能”过程中“教育、科技与人才”的内涵转变,接着厘清教育、科技与人才“三位一体”的逻辑遵循,然后省思“三位一体”超越“原始洞穴”过程中的问题,最后明晰“三位一体”的实践路径,分别为教育筑牢人的主体性地位以跨越“原始洞穴”门槛;强化科技、人才为教育增效赋能以优化“智能洞穴”治理;统筹“三位一体”的发展观以平衡“智能洞穴”生态。文章通过研究,旨在助力破解教育、科技、人才走向“智能洞穴”过程中的关键矛盾,形成“三位一体”助推新质生产力发展。Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the fundamental and strategic supportive role of education,science and technology,and talents in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,pointing out that education,science and technology,and talents are essentially a unity.However,at present,there is still practical problem of“trinity”integration difficulty among the three,which is hindering the progress of society from“primitiveness”to“intelligence”,and China from a big country to a strong country.Based on this,this paper firstly examined the transformation of the connotation of“education,science and technology,and talents”in the process of moving from“primitiveness”to“intelligence”by invoking Plato’s“cave metaphor”,and then clarified the logical follow of the“trinity”of education,science and technology,and talents.After that,the paper reflected the problems in the process of the“trinity”beyond the“primitive cave”.Finally,it clarified the practical path of“Trinity”:establishing a firm position of human subjectivity to cross the threshold of the“primitive cave”,strengthening science and technology and talents to enhance the effectiveness of education in order to optimize the governance of the“intelligent cave”,and coordinating the development concept of the“trinity”in order to balance the“intelligent cave”ecology,in order to crack the key contradictions in the process of education,science and technology,talents towards the“intelligent cave”to form a“trinity”to promote the development of the new quality of productive forces.
