46例皮肤转移癌临床病理特征及预后分析

摘　　要：回顾性分析2010年1月至2023年12月就诊于我院且病理资料完整的内脏恶性肿瘤皮肤转移患者,共入组46例,其中男27例,女19例,平均发病年龄为(65.59±10.75)岁;从肿瘤确诊至发生皮肤转移时间为1~104个月,平均26.89个月;32例(69.6%)表现为结节、肿块。截至随访时间,入组患者中41.30%(19/46)在确诊皮肤转移半年内死亡,80.43%(37/46)的患者在2年内死亡,中位生存时间为11个月。年龄、性别、NLR、体重指数与患者的生存时间无显著相关,是否合并远处转移及是否接受抗肿瘤治疗是其预后的影响因素。The clinical data of patients with cutaneous metastases from primary internal malignancies who diagnosed in our hospital from 2010 to 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.Fourty six cases were analyzed,including 27 males and 19 females.The mean age was 65.59±10.75 years.The time-lapse between tumor diagnosis and detection of metastasis is estimated at 26.89 months,ranging from 1 to 104.The most manifestations were nodules and mass(32 cases,69.6%).Survival after detection was low,with nearly half of the patients(41.3%)dying within six months and majority of the patients(80.43%)dying within 2 years.The medium survival time was 11 months.Age,gender,NLR,and body mass index were not significantly correlated with the survival time of patients.The prognosis of the patients was influenced by the presence of distant metastasis and whether they received antitumor therapy.
