摘　　要：混合所有制改革既是深化国有企业改革的有效途径,也是支持非公有制经济发展的重要措施。文章在深化国有企业改革配套政策体系框架下,结合典型国有企业混合所有制改革推进经验,对引入非公有资本实现股权多元化、完善公司治理体系、健全市场化经营机制等进行了研究和思考。Mixed ownership reform is not only an effective way to deepen state-owned enterprise reforms,but also an important measure to support development of non-public sector of economy.Under the supporting policy framework of deepening state-owned enterprise reforms,combined with typical implementation experience of mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,this paper studies and reflects on the introduction of non-public capital to realize equity diversification,improve corporate governance system and advance market-oriented operation mechanism.
