摘　　要：黑龙江边疆地区的少数民族传统音乐文化,是北方地区少数民族传统文化的重要组成部分,承载着丰富的民族文化内涵和历史传统,对于促进民族团结、文化传承和社会发展起着重要的作用。如何有效地将这些地区的传统音乐转化为可持续发展的产业,同时保护和促进其发展,是一个具有现实意义和学术价值的命题。黑龙江边疆少数民族地区传统音乐存承应采取政府+企业+高校的综合保护发展模式,实现保护和传承宝贵的少数民族传统音乐文化遗产。The traditional music culture of the ethnic minorities in Heilongjiang border minority areas,which is viewed an important part of the traditional culture of the ethnic minorities in the northern region,carries rich ethnic cultural connotations and historical traditions,and plays an important role in promoting national unity,cultural inheritance and social development.How to eff ectively transform the traditional music of these regions into a sustainable industry while protecting and promoting its development is a proposition of practical signifi cance and academic value.The traditional music preservation and development mode of“government+enterprise+university”should be adopted to protect and inherit the precious traditional music cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in Heilongjiang border areas.
