摘  要:做好大学生劳动素养培育不仅是提升新时代劳动教育成效的应然,更是促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展的必然。然而,劳动素养培育面临着应用场域单一、实施途径受局限、课程内容空泛的现实困境,不利于大学生的全面发展。基于此,高校要加强家、校及社会协同育人以延伸劳动教育场域,德智体美劳深度融合以拓展劳动教育途径,知-技-情并进并行以丰富劳动教育内容,从而切实提升大学生劳动素养培育的实效性。Cultivating the labor literacy of college students in the new era is not only necessary to improve the effectiveness of labor education in the new era,but also necessary to promote the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor among college students.However,the cultivation of labor literacy faces the practical dilemma of a single application field,limited implementation methods,and vague course content,which affects the comprehensive development of college students.Based on this,it is necessary for families,schools,and communities to work together to extend the field of labor education,deeply integrate morality,intelligence,physical fitness,and aesthetics to expand the channels of labor education,and combine knowledge,technology,and emotions to enrich the content of labor education,thereby effectively improving the effectiveness of cultivating labor literacy among college students.
