摘  要:采用生物信息学方法对青檀(Pteroceltis tatarinowii)全长转录组中的SSR位点信息进行分析,以期为青檀SSR标记开发提供依据。利用MISA工具对全长转录组测序获得的基因序列进行SSR检索、位点信息分析。从11801条基因序列中检索到6524个SSR位点,平均距离为2.49 kb,发生频率为55.29%。单核苷酸所占比例为44.70%,优势重复单元是A/T,占单核苷酸的99.28%。二核苷酸所占比例为19.33%,优势重复单元是AG/TC,占二核苷酸的37.67%。大部分SSR长度集中在10~25 bp之间,所占比例为77.16%。研究结果表明青檀SSR位点类型丰富、具有较高的多态性,可为青檀SSR分子标记开发和利用、种质资源的遗传多样性分析、分子标记辅助选择育种等方面提供的理论基础。In order to provide a basis for the development of SSR markers in Pterocarpus tatarinowii,SSR loci information was analyzed in the full-length transcriptome of P.tatarinowii by bioinformatics method.MISA software was used to perform SSR loci search and information analysis in gene sequences obtained by the full-length transcriptome.A total of 6524 SSR loci distributed were detected in 11801 genes.The frequency of SSR loci was 55.29%,with an average distribution of 2.49 kb in length.In the mononucleotide repeat type accounting for 44.70%in all repeat types,the dominating motif was A/T accounting for 99.28%.In the dinucleotide repeat type accounting for 19.33%in all repeat types,the dominating motif was AG/TC accounting for 37.67%.Most of the SSR makers were 10~25 bp in length with the corresponding percentage 77.16%.The results showed that there were abundant types of SSR loci and high polymorphism in P.tatarinowii,which could provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of S SR molecular markers,analysis of genetic diversity of germplasm resources and molecular marker assisted breeding.
