摘　　要：快速发展的现代网络技术,在推动社会整体进步和人的全面发展的同时,也伴随着人的价值观背离和道德危机现象。技术与人的物质生产实践活动相伴而生,两者环环相扣,相互影响,研究涉及人的行为和思想都不能忽视技术话题,为了促进大学生全面发展,正确的态度是应当对现代网络技术发展引起双重效应的理性选择。网络媒介技术的发展贯穿了人全面发展有意识的实践活动,技术的发展推动人的活动、需要、能力的全面发展,大学生在媒介化社会生存时应保持人的主体地位,逐渐告别对技术的依赖,通过教育实践获取独立的观察能力和思考能力。The rapid development of modern network technology,while promoting the overall progress of the society and the all-round development of people,is also accompanied by the deviation of people's values and moral crisis phenomenon.Technology and human's material production practice come together,which are interlinked and influence each other.The research involving human's behavior and thought can not ignore the technical topic.In order to promote the comprehensive development of college students,the correct attitude is a rational choice that should cause the dual effect of the development of modern network technology.The development of network media technology through the comprehensive development of conscious practice,the development of technology to promote people's activities,need,ability of comprehensive development,college students in the medium social survival should keep the subject position of people,gradually bid farewell to the dependence on technology,through education practice for independent observation ability and thinking ability.
