摘  要:以专业成长为出发点,从专业班主任的角度,通过行动研究不断探索学前教育专业人才培养的质量。通过在智慧职教平台建立班级课程,并根据不同学期上传不同视频、内容,再通过学习交流群、学习成果展、阅读分享会进行线上线下的学习和分享,最终促进学生专业成长,提高人才培养质量。Taking professional growth as the starting point,from the perspective of professional head teachers,we constantly explore the quality of talent training in preschool education major through action research.By establishing class courses on the intelligent vocational education platform,uploading different videos and contents according to different semesters,and then conducting online and offline learning and sharing through learning exchange groups,learning achievements exhibitions and reading sharing meetings,it is aimed to promote the professional growth of students and improve the quality of talent training.
