摘　　要：在健康中国背景下,提高医学人才培养质量是医学院校的重点任务。从历史维度、时代维度、使命维度看,特别是十八大以来,高校“立德树人”的根本任务以及“思政工作是一切工作的生命线”决定人才培养必须以思政工作为引领。以思政工作引领地方医学人才培养首先需要着眼于厘清政府、学校的行为主体任务及关系;契合地方发展需求;把握思政工作的政治性和实践性。其次要把握思政工作在人才培养中的两个发力点:明确医学教育之于健康中国的战略地位以及把握好新时代高校思政工作的重要抓手。Under the background of healthy China,improving the quality of cultivation of medical talents is the key task of medical colleges and universities.From the perspective of history,times and mission,especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the fundamental task of“fostering virtue through education”and the“ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work”decide that cultivation of talents must be guided by ideological and political work.Firstly,we should pay attention to problems such as clarifying the tasks and relationships of the government and the school,meeting the needs of local development,grasping the political and practical nature of ideological and political work.Secondly,we should make clear two main points of ideological and political work in cultivation of talents:the strategic position of medical education in healthy China and the important grasp of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.
