摘　　要：高校“课程思政”是中国高等教育进入新时代的内在要求和价值诉求。深刻理解高校中外合作办学项目“课程思政”的特征,将党的教育方针、教育现代化的根本目标贯穿到中外合作办学中,将思政融入课程中,建立高校中外合作办学项目“课程思政”的框架体系对培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义。“Curriculum ideology and politics”is the intrinsic demand and value appeal of China's higher education in the new era.It is important to deeply understand the characteristics on the sino-foreign cooperation project in running schools.The fundamental goal of the Party's educational policy and educational modernization should be penetrated into the sinoforeign cooperation in running school and ideological and political courses should be integrated into the curriculum.It is of great significance to establish the frame system of“curriculum ideology and politics”of sino-foreign cooperative education project in colleges and universities to train socialist builders and successors.
