摘　　要：在高质量发展背景下,把提高职业教育教学质量作为教育改革和发展的核心任务,把职业技能与职业精神融合培养作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要环节。通过对高职院校影视动画专业学生职业技能与职业精神融合培养的现状调查,分析不足与成因,制定融合培养策略、评价体系、构建融合培养实践教育体系,实现由内到外的一体化人才培养目标,深化“三全育人”改革,落实立德树人根本任务,逐渐成为创新人才培养的新模式,为培养高素质技术技能人才、谋高质量发展夯实基础。In the context of high-quality development,improving the quality of vocational education teaching is the core task of educational reform and development,and integrating vocational skills and professional spirit is an important link in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.By conducting a survey on the current situation of the integration of vocational skills and professional spirit among students majoring in film and animation in vocational colleges,analyzing the shortcomings and causes,formulating integrated training strategies,evaluation systems,and constructing a practical education system for integrated training,we aim to achieve the goal of integrated talent cultivation from the inside out,deepen the“three comprehensive education”reform,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent,and gradually become a new model for innovative talent cultivation,laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and seeking high-quality development.
