摘 要:末级叶片在小容积流量工况下运行时,由于流场的不稳定性,会出现叶片动应力突增、鼓风升温引起的强度与振动超标、水蚀加重等运行安全性风险。针对上述问题,以某电厂汽轮机低压叶片为例,分析了末级叶片在小容积流量下的运行安全性,并给出了末级叶片防水蚀措施。结果表明,叶片的最大动应力约为许用值的40%,强度和振动校核满足要求,防水蚀措施效果良好,相关经验可为同类型机组的灵活性改造提供参考。When the final stage blade operates under low volume flow conditions,due to the instability of the flow field,there may be operational safety risks such as sudden increase in blade dynamic stress,excessive strength and vibration caused by blowing temperature rise,and increased water erosion.In response to the above issues,taking the low-pressure blades of a steam turbine in a certain power plant as an example,the operational safety of the final stage blades under small volume flow rate was evaluated,and waterproof corrosion measures for the final stage blades were provided.The results show that the maximum dynamic stress of the blades is about 40%of the allowable value,and the strength and vibration verification meet the requirements.The waterproof and corrosion measures are effective,and relevant experience can provide reference for the flexibility transformation of similar units.
