摘　　要：目的探究E-Coach慢病管理模式在根治性前列腺切除术患者管理中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选择2022年11月至2023年5月于昆明市某三甲医院泌尿外科住院部行根治性前列腺切除术的82例患者为研究对象,随机分到试验组与对照组,每组41例。试验组采用E-Coach慢病管理模式,对照组采用传统管理模式。分别对两组生活质量、随访率、凯格尔运动依从性进行比较。结果试验组前列腺癌复合指数量表得分为(13.83±1.93)分,对照组为(31.03±3.96)分;试验组随访率为97.62%,对照组为65.79%;试验组凯格尔运动总依从率为100.00%,对照组为84.21%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论E-Coach慢病管理模式可以提高根治性前列腺切除术患者的生活质量、随访率和凯格尔运动依从性,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of the E-Coach chronic disease management model in the management of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Methods With convenience sampling method,82 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy in the urology inpatient department of a Grade-A hospital in Kunming from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into experimental and control groups,41 cases in each group.The experimental group received the E-Coach chronic disease management model,and the control group received the traditional management model.The quality of life,follow-up rate,and Kegel exercise compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The composite index score of prostate cancer in the experimental group was(13.83±1.93),and the control group was(31.03+3.96),the follow-up rate of the experimental group was 97.62%,and the control group was 65.79%,the total compliance rate of Kegel exercise in the experimental group was100.00%,and the control group was 84.21%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The E-Coach chronic disease management model can improve the quality of life,follow-up rate,and Kegel exercise compliance of patients undergoing radical prostatectomy,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
