摘　　要：以江苏省三所应用型高校人才培养方案为例,剖析应用型本科院校人才培养方案的设计和实施情况,分析应用型本科院校人才培养方案制定及落实存在的问题及归因,从改进机制、落实机制和保障机制三方面提出了应用型本科院校人才培养方案优化的建议。This article takes the talent cultivation programs of three application-oriented colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze the design and implementation of talent cultivation programs in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.The problems and attribution in the formulation and implementation of talent cultivation programs for applied undergraduate colleges are analyzed,and suggestions for optimizing talent cultivation programs for applied undergraduate colleges are proposed from three levels:improvement mechanism,implementation mechanism,and guarantee mechanism.
