摘  要:文章旨在研究迷迭香提取物(Rosmarinus officinalis extract,ROE)对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫器官指数的影响。试验将720只(母)体重相近的35日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为6组(每组6个重复,每个重复20只),对照组饲喂基础日粮,5个试验组饲喂添加100、200、300、400和500 mg/kg ROE的试验日粮,预饲期7 d,正试期21 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组比,日粮添加100~500 mg/kg ROE对肉鸡末重(FBW)、日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、死淘率和免疫器官指数无显著影响(P>0.05),但有降低肉鸡日采食量(ADFI)的趋势(0.05<P<0.10)。(2)与对照组相比,日粮添加200~500 mg/kg ROE显著提高了肉鸡血清尿素(UREA)含量(P<0.05),添加100~300 mg/kg ROE极显著提高了肉鸡血清总胆固醇(TC)含量(P<0.01),添加100~500 mg/kg ROE对肉鸡血清甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、肌酐(CREA)含量以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,在日粮中加入100 mg/kg ROE可极显著提高肉鸡血清TC含量和具有降低ADFI的趋势,表明ROE具有作为中速型肉鸡饲料添加剂的开发潜力。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Rosmarinus officinalis extract(ROE)on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and immune organ indices of broilers.A total of 720 broilers(all female)of 35-day-old with similar body weights were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.The broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in 5 experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 100,200,300,400 and 500 mg/kg ROE,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 days and the experimental period was 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)Compared with the control group,dietary 100 to 500 mg/kg ROE had no significant effects on the FBW,ADG,F/G,mortality rate and immune organ index of broilers(P>0.05),but had a tendency to reduce the ADFI of broilers(0.05<P<0.10).2)Compared with control group,dietary with 200~500 mg/kg ROE significantly increased the serum UREA content of broilers(P<0.05),dietary 100 to 300 mg/kg ROE significantly increased the serum TC content of broilers(P<0.01),and dietary 100 to 500 mg/kg ROE had no significant effects on the contents of TG,TP,GLU,CREA and the activities of ALP,AST and ALT in serum of broilers(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary with 100 mg/kg ROE could significantly increase the serum TC content and decrease the ADFI of broilers,which indicates that ROE has the potential to be used as a feed additive for medium-speed broilers.
