摘　　要：文章旨在研究鸡屎藤对定安鹅的生长性能和免疫功能的影响,试验将240只63日龄的定安鹅随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鹅。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组1、2、3在基础日粮中分别加入0.5%、1%、2%鸡屎藤提取物,试验为期28 d。结果表明,添加1%和2%鸡屎藤组的日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在血液免疫指标中,添加1%和2%鸡屎藤组的总蛋白、白蛋白、IgA、IgG的浓度、CD8含量、CD4/CD8值以及T淋巴细胞阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),补体C3、补体C4以及CD4含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。综上所述,在基础日粮中添加鸡屎藤提取物可提高定安鹅的生产性能,增强免疫功能。To explore the effects of extracts from Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.on growth performance and immune function of Ding'an geese,24063-day-old Ding'an geese were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates each group,20 geese each replicate.One group was fed with basic diet(control group).The other three groups were fed with 0.5%,1%and 2%extracts of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr,presented as experimental group 1,2 and 3 respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The results showed that average daily gain of geese with adding 1%and 2%extracts of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr(experimental group 2 and 3)was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).For blood immune indexes,the total protein,albumin,IgA,IgG concentration,CD8 content,CD4/CD8 value and the positive rate of the T lymphocyte of geese in experimental group 2 and test group 3 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of complement C3,complement C4,and CD4 in experimental group 2 and test group 3 were significantly elevated compared to the control group(P<0.01).The results indicated that the production performances and immune function of Ding'an goose could be enhanced by adding the extract of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.to the basic diet.
