摘  要:本文介绍了基板玻璃制造方法及原理,讨论了牵引机构的作用机制,研究了牵引机构在使用过程中出现凸台磨损,导致各牵引机构角速度大小不一致及牵引机构位置出现偏移会对产品品质稳定性的影响。得出在液晶玻璃生产过程中实时监控牵引辊磨损量,及时修正牵引辊位置、修正牵引辊直径进而控制牵引机构角速度,有利于提高基板玻璃品质稳定性。This paper introduces the manufacturing method and principle of liquid crystal glass,discusses the action mechanism of the traction mechanism,and studies the influence of the convex wear of the traction mechanism in the use process,which leads to the different angular velocity of each traction mechanism and the deviation of the position of the traction mechanism on the product quality and stability.It is concluded that the quality and stability of flat glass can be improved by monitoring the wear of short roll,correcting the position and diameter of short roll in time and controlling the angular velocity of traction mechanism.
