摘  要:为解决光纤远程自愈系统并发传输中存在的效率低和网络带宽占用大的问题,提出了一种基于间隔采集与拼接的监控视频传输方法。首先,间隔采集多个监控视频段,根据采集顺序对光纤远程自愈系统机械手监控视频段进行拼接,得到完整监控视频;其次,获取监控视频传输通道的网络通信状态,并根据网络通信状况数据确定监控视频传输方式;在此基础上,采用矢量量化视频压缩方法对需压缩的视频文件进行压缩传输;最后,在某城市光纤通信运营商应用。结果表明:误码率为0.047%。所提方法能有效降低误码率和网络占用率。To address the issues of low efficiency and high network bandwidth consumption in concurrent transmission of fiber optic remote self-healing systems,a monitoring video transmission method based on interval acquisition and splicing was proposed.Firstly,multiple monitoring video segments were collected at intervals,and the robotic arm monitoring video segments of the fiber optic remote self-healing system were spliced according to the collection sequence to obtain a complete monitoring video;secondly,the network communication status of the monitoring video transmission channel was obtained and the monitoring video transmission method was determined based on the network communication status data;on this basis,the vector quantization video compression method was adopted to compress and transmit the video files that needed to be compressed;finally,it was applied to a fiber optic communication operator in a certain city.The results indicate a bit error rate of 0.047%.The proposed method can effectively reduce error rate and network occupancy.
