摘 要:压电驱动器可以用于对拉索结构进行振动控制。在一些振动控制中,施加在压电驱动器上的电压较大,会造成强电场下压电材料的非线性行为。对强电场下压电驱动器对拉索结构的振动控制进行研究。首先设计一种通过模糊控制器对滑模控制中的切换增益进行自适应调节的自适应滑模控制。然后对滑模控制器中的隶属函数通过自适应神经网络进行优化,选取200组训练样本,训练100次,检验误差为0.04137。最后对强电场下拉索结构模型进行有限元分析,验证强电场对压电材料非线性行为的影响。不断调整外部扰动,观测面对不同程度外部扰动时强电场下拉索结构振动的变化及最终的控制效果。研究结果表明,在采用自适应模糊滑模控制后,拉索结构振动的峰峰值可以衰减72%左右。当外部扰动干扰幅度在1%以内时,对拉索结构振动情况的影响不大。当外部扰动干扰幅度达到20%时,采用自适应模糊滑模控制后,拉索结构振动的峰峰值依然可以衰减约35.8%,具有一定的快速性和自适应性。The piezoelectric actuator can be used to control the vibration of cable structure.On some vibration control occasions,the higher voltage applied to the piezoelectric actuator can cause the nonlinear behavior of the piezoelectric material under strong electric field.The vibration control of the cable structure by piezoelectric actuator under strong electric field was studied.Firstly,a type of adaptive sliding mode control was designed to adaptively adjust the switching gain in the sliding mode control through the fuzzy controller.Then,the membership function in the sliding mode controller was optimized by the adaptive neural network,and 200 groups of training samples were selected for 100 training times,and the test error was 0.04137.Finally,finite element analysis was carried out on the cable structure model under the strong electric field to verify the influence of the strong electric field on the nonlinear behavior of piezoelectric material.The external disturbance was continuously adjusted,and the changes of the vibration of the cable structure under the strong electric field in the face of different degrees of external disturbance and the final control effect were observed.The research result shows that the peak-to-peak value of the vibration of the cable structure can be attenuated by about 72%after the adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control was adopted.When the amplitude of external disturbance interference is less than 1%,it has little impact on the vibration of the cable structure.When the amplitude of external disturbance interference reaches 20%,the peak-to-peak value of the vibration of the cable structure can still be attenuated by about 35.8%after the adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control was adopted,which has a certain speed and adaptability.
