摘 要:矫直是直线导轨生产制造的关键工序,辊式矫直具有良好的通用性和适应性,并且具有矫直效率高的特点。对直线导轨矫直工艺参数进行研究,分析矫直过程中各工艺参数的变化对矫直效果的影响。通过矫直后导轨残余应力和直线度,明确压下量、矫直速度、矫直辊面与导轨面接触质量三个工艺参数对矫直效果的影响。研究表明,压下量对矫直效果影响最为显著。压下量较大或较小时,直线度误差均会偏大,同时应力分布有较大区别。矫直速度、矫直辊面与导轨面接触质量对矫直效果的影响较小。通过设置合理的工艺参数,能够明显改善矫直后导轨的直线度。Straightening is the key process of linear guide rail manufacturing,roller straightening has good versatility and adaptability,and has the characteristic of high straightening efficiency.The straightening process parameter of linear guide rail was studied,and the influence of the changes of each process parameter on the straightening effect in the straightening process was analyzed.Through the residual stress and straightness of the guide rail after straightening,the influence of three process parameters,namely the amount of depression,the straightening speed,and the contact quality between the straightening roller surface and the guide rail surface,on the straightening effect was clarified.The research has shown that the amount of depression has the most significant effect on the straightening effect.When the amount of depression is large or small,the straightness error will be large,and the stress distribution will be quite different.The straightening speed and the contact quality between the straightening roller surface and the guide rail surface have litle influence on the straightening effect.By setting reasonable process parameter,the straightness of the straightened guide rail can be significantly improved.
