摘 要:在矿井架空乘人装置长期使用过程中,驱动轮及主轴受力变形严重,给作业人员的进出井安全带来严重威胁。对此,设计了一种架空乘人装置断轴保护机构,使用电气防护加机械防护的主被动结合保护方案,实现对驱动轮和主轴的有效保护。介绍了断轴保护机构的结构,并对控制系统进行了优化。实际应用表明,采用所设计的断轴保护机构,能够有效解决架空乘人装置驱动轮和主轴受力变形问题,提高架空乘人装置的可靠性。In the long-term use process of overhead passenger device of mine,the driving wheel and the main shaft are seriously deformed by the force,which brings a serious threat to the safety of the operator when entering and exiting mine.In this regard,a shaft breaker protection mechanism of overhead passenger device was designed,and the active and passive combined protection scheme of electrical protection+mechanical protection was used to realize the effective protection of the drive wheel and the main shaft.The structure of the shaft breaker protection mechanism was introduced,and the control system was optimized.The practical application shows that the designed shaft breaker protection mechanism can effectively solve the problem of stress deformation of the driving wheel and the main shaft of the overhead passenger device,and improve the reliability of the overhead passenger device.
