摘 要:测量混凝土试块的三维几何参数是对其进行力学性能试验的前提。为解决传统人工测量效率低、精度差的问题,基于线结构光和图像处理技术,研究一套由线结构光发射器、工业相机、高精度位移平台和转台等构成的混凝土试块三维几何参数检测系统。通过建立误差分析数学模型,对检测系统的结构参数进行优化分析,确定检测系统的最佳布局。采用平移扫描和旋转拼接相结合的方法实现混凝土试块三维几何参数的测量和评估,并在实验室通过对标准试块和实际混凝土试块的测量、对比,验证该方法的准确性和可行性,其平面度测量误差小于0.043 mm,相邻面夹角误差小于0.1°,棱长误差小于0.1 mm。The measurement of three-dimensional geometric parameters of concrete test block is the premise of mechanical property test.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional manual measurement,based on line structured light and image processing technology,a three-dimensional geometric parameters measurement system of concrete test block composed of line structured light emitter,industrial camera,high-precision displacement platform and turntable is studied.By establishing the error analysis mathematical model,the structural parameters of the measurement system are optimized,and the optimal layout of this system is determined.The three-dimensional geometric parameters of concrete test block are measured and evaluated by the combination of translation scanning and rotation splicing.The accuracy and feasibility of this method are verified by the measurement and comparison of the standard test block and the actual concrete test block in the laboratory.The flatness measurement error is less than 0.043 mm,the included angle error between adjacent surfaces is less than 0.1°,and the edge length error is less than 0.1 mm.
