综合护理干预应用于电视纵隔镜食管癌根治术后拔管期患者的效果研究

摘　　要：分析综合护理干预应用于电视纵隔镜食管癌根治术后拔管期患者的效果。选取2021年6月—2023年7月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的30例电视纵隔镜食管癌根治术后拔管期患者为研究对象,随机将其分为干预组和对照组两组,每组各15例。对照组患者接受常规护理,干预组患者接受综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,干预组患者术后拔管1 h、4 h以及24 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,干预组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,干预组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者的护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者拔管时间、麻醉苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对电视纵隔镜食管癌根治术后拔管期患者实施综合护理干预,能够明显减轻患者的疼痛感,值得临床应用及推广。Analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the nursing of patients undergoing extubation after thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer.Thirty patients who underwent TV mediastinoscopy for esophageal cancer radical surgery and were in the extubation stage from June 2021 to July 2023 at the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 15 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the pain scores of patients in the intervention group after extubation at 1 hour,4 hours,and 24 hours were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The intervention group had shorter extubation time,anesthesia recovery time,and spontaneous breathing recovery time than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that comprehensive nursing interventions for patients undergoing TV mediastinoscopy for esophageal cancer during the extubation phase can significantly reduce their pain,and are worthy of clinical application and promotion.
