化学发光免疫法在肿瘤标志物检验中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析化学发光免疫法在肿瘤标志物检验中的应用价值。选取2021年3月—2022年3月136例恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组,并选取同时间段136例健康体检者作为对照组,两组受检者均采集血样,采用化学发光免疫法进行肿瘤标志物检验,包括癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原199(CA199)。比较两组受检者检测结果的差异。结果显示,观察组CEA、AFP、CA125、CA153、CA199水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检测CEA、AFP、CA125、CA153、CA199的阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在肿瘤标志物检验过程中,采用化学发光免疫法较酶联免疫法有多种优势,具有较高的应用价值,在实验室检验中可广泛使用。Analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in tumor marker testing.A total of 136 patients with malignant tumors from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 136 healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period.The difference in test results between the two groups was compared.The results showed that the levels of CEA,AFP,CA125,CA153 and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rates of CEA,AFP,CA125,CA153 and CA199 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It has been found that chemiluminescence immunoassay has many advantages over enzyme-linked immunoassay in the process of tumor marker detection,and has high application value,and has been widely used in laboratory testing.
