摘　　要：伴随着环保要求及政策驱动、AI和V2X技术的逐步成熟、消费观念的不断革新,汽车电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化(简称汽车“新四化”)产业变革已成为不可逆转的趋势。汽车“新四化”产业变革对技术人才的需求产生了较大的影响,三电人才、人工智能人才、通信网络人才、运营服务人才成为热门刚需。高技术人才需求持续增加、跨学科人才需求增多、创新能力成为核心竞争力、软技能的重要性凸显等将成为汽车产业人才需求的主要变化趋势,对传统的人才培养模式提出了新挑战。With the environmental protection requirements and policy drive,the gradual maturity of AI and V2X technology,and the continuous innovation of consumption concept,the industrial transformation of the automobile electric,intelligent,networked and sharing(referred to as the"new four modernizations"of automobile)has become an irreversible trend.The transformation of the"new four modernizations"of the automobile industry has had a great impact on the demand for technical talents.Three electric talents,artificial intelligence talents,communication network talents,and operation and service talents have become a hot demand.The continuous increase of high-tech talents,the increasing demand for interdisciplinary talents,the innovation ability as the core competitiveness,and the prominent importance of soft skills will become the main change trend of the talent demand in the auto industry.
