摘　　要：在高职院校机械设计与制造专业人才培养方案设计中,课程思政建设是极为重要的一环。其目标在于通过思政教育的渗透和融入,培养学生的思想道德素质和社会责任感,提升其综合素质和创新能力。研究发现了机械设计与制造专业人才培养方案存在的问题,并提出相应解决对策。研究结果表明,在人才培养方案中加强思政建设可以提高学生的道德意识、法律意识和职业道德素养。将思政教育融入机械设计与制造专业人才培养方案是一种有效的教学模式,具有重要的教育意义和实践价值。In the design of talent training scheme for mechanical design and manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges,the construction of curriculum ideological and political is an extremely important part.Its goal is to cultivate students'ideological and moral qualities and social responsibility through the infiltration and integration of ideological and political education,and improve their comprehensive quality and innovation ability.The research has found problems existing in the talent training scheme for mechanical design and manufacturing major,and put forward corresponding solutions.The research results show that strengthening ideological and political education in the talent training scheme can improve students'moral consciousness,legal awareness and professional ethics.Integrating ideological and political education into the talent training scheme for mechanical design and manufacturing major is an effective teaching mode,which has important educational significance and practical value.
