摘　　要：高职院校中外合作办学的高质量发展是助力经济高质量发展的重要举措,是新时代培养中国特色社会主义创新型高技术、高技能人才的重要路径。在阐释新时代高职院校中外合作办学高质量发展应然特征的基础上,对现阶段我国高职院校中外合作办学高质量发展面临的问题进行分析。据此提出以下政策建议:坚守“立德树人”,确保学生政治品质过硬;把守教育资源本土化生命线,确保人才培养高质量;强化“一带一路”合作办学,开创高职院校中外合作办学新境界。The high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in vocational colleges is a crucial initiative in supporting the high-quality economic development and a significant path for cultivating innovative,high-tech,and highly skilled talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on an explanation of the essential characteristics of such high-quality development,an analysis of the current issues faced by the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Chinese vocational colleges is conducted.Accordingly,the following policy recommendations are proposed to advance this endeavor:adhering to the principle of"cultivating people with morality"to ensure that students possess sound political qualities;upholding the localization of educational resources as a lifeline to ensure the high quality of talent cultivation;and enhancing cooperation within“the Belt and Road"Initiative to usher in a new era of Sino-foreign cooperation in vocational education.
