摘　　要：为探究不同极性溶剂对龙眼核、壳提取物抗氧化活性、抗糖基化活性与保湿性功效作用的影响,试验以石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、甲醇为溶剂,通过超声辅助进行龙眼核、壳中活性成分提取,并对提取物的3种功效进行活性检测。结果表明,龙眼核、壳甲醇提取物抗氧化活性较好,龙眼核提取物DPPH自由基清除力IC_(50)值为(16.24±0.46)μg/mL,龙眼壳DPPH自由基清除力IC50值为(18.10±0.65)μg/mL;50μg/mL的龙眼核、壳乙醇提取物抗糖基化活性最好,龙眼核、壳乙醇提取物保湿活性较好,24 h后保湿率均高于50%。研究结果可为龙眼核、壳的差异化高值利用提供借鉴,促进植物资源高值化利用,减少环境污染。In order to investigate the effects of different polar solvents on the antioxidant activity,anti-glycoylation activity and moisturizing effect of extracts from the core and shell of Longan,petroleum ether,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,ethanol and methanol were used as solvents to extract the active ingredients from the core and shell of Longan by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and the activity of the extracts was detected.The results showed that the antioxidant activity of the methanol extract from the core and shell of Longan was better.The DPPH scavenging power of the core extract and the shell was(16.24±0.46)μg/mL,and the DPPH scavenging power of the shell was(18.10±0.65)μg/mL.The 50μg/mL ethanol extract of Longan core and shell had the best anti-glycosylation activity,and the moisturizing activity of Longan core and shell ethanol extract was better,and the moisturizing rate was higher than 50%after 24 h.The research results could provide reference for the differentiated high-value utilization of longan core and shell,promote the high-value utilization of plant resources,and reduce environmental pollution.
