摘  要:为提升产品质量和研发效率从而有效缩短新产品上市周期,索菲亚公司采用IPD模式优化新产品开发流程,赋能项目责任角色,制定流程推进活动,输出新产品开发作业。结果表明,在基于IPD模式的新产品开发流程中的阶段性成果显著,提升产品企划质量和决策效率,形成品类与品牌高效协同的运作机制,实现了低成本、高质量的产品快速开发,对同行业的研发转型具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。Enhancing product quality and development efficiency is crucial for reducing the time-to-market.Suofeiya has implemented an organizational framework leveraging the IPD model to boost product competitiveness and commercial success.This approach enhances product planning,streamlines decision-making,fosters efficient collaboration across categories and brands,and supports cost-effective,high-quality,rapid product development.By defining project roles,promoting process activities,and advancing new product operations,the IPD model significantly optimizes the development process.Our findings indicate substantial improvements in Suofeiya's new product development,offering valuable insights for similar industry transformations.
