摘　　要：定制家具中的搁板应用广泛,在承载物品、保持家具结构稳定等方面的作用不可替代。然而,搁板变形使家具结构不稳定,对定制家具质量和使用寿命造成重大影响。通过inventor软件对定制家具的搁板承重变形进行深入的分析与研究,找出解决板件承重变形的方案,改进材料或设计方式来提高家具的质量和稳定性,可以帮助企业优化产品设计、提升质量。Shelves in customized furniture are crucial for supporting loads and maintaining structural stability.Deformation of these shelves can adversely affect furniture quality and longevity,leading to instability.This study utilizes Inventor software to analyze load-bearing deformation in custom furniture shelves.By identifying solutions to panel deformation and enhancing materials or design methods,enterprises can optimize product design and improve quality.
